We are looking for experts! The Capacity Building Project within the South Baltic Programme is looking for independent experts from Denmark, Germany, Lithuania, Poland, Sweden and other EU countries to engage in a pool of experts to support the potential beneficiaries for the Capacity Building Project. Details are described in the Second Call for Experts and Terms of Reference for Pool of Experts. If you would like to apply for the service, please fill in the on-line Application Form.
